[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Beginning of School Year Reminders

As some of you are coming back and getting ready for the 2026-2027 school year I wanted to send out a reminder of a few things:


  1.  Wipe and New - directions and screenshots are below
  2.  Add Missing - directions and screenshots are below
  3.  Student Cross Reference (SCR) and Student Contact submissions........ it is still optional for traditional districts to submit the student contact collection but the chances increase of getting a strict match within the CNDC module.  35% of the DPIA funding will come from the FTE of students who are directly certified from the CNDC module.  For this reason they ask that districts submit their collections early and make sure that you report BEFORE the first day of school.



Wipe and New - StudentInformation>EMIS>Maintenance>Teacher History Maintenance - Wipe and New Tab
You can only do the Wipe and New once your building has a FINALIZED schedule.  You will want to do this as close to the beginning of school as possible and you will only run the ONCE

Add Missing
After you have run the Wipe and New if you need to add any teacher history records you may use the Add Missing Tab.  You can check the building you need or multiple buildings and hit the add missing ....
