FY26 Final Correction Opportunities for Assessments, Final Exiting Student Follow Up, Reading Diagnostics, and Tier 1 Dyslexia Screener Data Open

>From Thursday, Aug. 6 through Friday, Aug. 14, districts may request a final correction opportunity for the following FY26 data:

  *   Alternate Assessment
  *   CTE Assessment
  *   Final Exiting Student Follow Up
  *   Ohio English Language Proficiency Assessment (OELPA)
  *   Reading Diagnostics
  *   Summer 3rd Grade Reading
  *   Tier 1 Dyslexia Screener

These data may affect measures on the 2026 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by districts. Note that this will be the only opportunity to correct these data.

The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the final correction opportunity forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.
