I wanted to make sure and pass this email along to the EMIS Coordinators so they can let their districts know.....

Good afternoon,

There were a few defects introduced in the 26.0 release that are impacting the Exago-Report Designer and the Ad Hoc Scheduler. Due to these defects, we have temporarily suspended access to anyone with the AH-Express View Writer role.  We will also need  to temporarily pause all requests for new report schedules.  The current tickets for new schedules will be placed on HOLD until the issue is resolved.  All districts who are currently still receiving ad hoc reports via email need to be aware that if the report abends, the schedules are being deleted from the application and the reports will not be sent.  At this point, MVECA users are still able to run reports manually via the Analytics Hub.  If you do not receive a scheduled report, please run the report manually from the Analytics Hub.  You do not need to enter a ticket as these are directly related to the defect.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working hard on your behalf with the Frontline Administrators to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
