FY27 Final Correction Opportunity for Retention Data Open
From Monday, Aug. 31 through Wednesday, Sept. 2, districts may request a final correction opportunity for their FY27 retention data.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the final correction opportunity forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.

FY26 Finance Review and Verification Open
From Monday, Aug. 31 through Friday, Oct. 9, treasurers must complete a required review of their 2026 finance data reported in EMIS. Treasurers must signify whether these data are accurate as they complete and submit the 2026 Finance Data Review form.
EMIS Data Review and Verification forms are part of EMIS reporting described in Ohio Revised Code 3301.0714<https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Fcodes.ohio.gov%2Fohio-revised-code%2Fsection-3301.0714/1/010001a05796b669-88a6fdfa-7a2d-46ed-b841-3b11be490950-000000/hPAlApu4psd-oeYBm2_TH-hozn5L44IClQs0-G0IxwY=452>.
