Good Morning!

On the ITC Call meeting this morning David asked us to remind our districts to please update your calendars from last week's weather.  Please keep in mind that you can only use 3 online days.  When reporting online learning days you will report State Reporting Exceptions on your calendar bulk exception.  Under the state reporting exceptions you will report a calamity day of 0.00 and then report an online day with the hours that the student's were expected to be online, click the add/update radio button, select your online days from the calendar and apply to the appropriate calendars and save.

Also, attendance/absences should be reported for any student who did not do online learning.

The plans for online learning days were to be reported by August 1 of 2025
