[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Reminders - Staff/Course

Happy Monday!

I just wanted to send out a reminder that the Staff/Course Collection will close on January 28th.

A couple of things to note in the staff/course collection

  1.  Check your Level 1 validations and fix all fatal errors
  2.  Check your submission data and make sure that:

  1.  You have no Excluded Records
  2.  You do not have any Missing Staff

  1.  Check your Level 2 reports

  1.  You will want to check your Fatals for the following reports

  1.  CTE Staff Error Detail
  2.  CTE Course Error
  3.  CTE Student Error
(PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL ERRORS ARE FIXABLE DEPENDING ON YOUR DISTRICT AND NOT ALL DISTRICTS WILL HAVE ALL OF THESE REPORTS)

  1.  Teacher Licensure Course Status Reports

  1.  Please take a look at all of your General Issues reports to make sure you are getting everything reported correctly
  2.  Check to see if you have CTAC-102 and CTAC-103 critical errors that need to be updated

There is not a final correction opportunity for this collection; so everything will need to be corrected and reported by 11:59 pm on 01/28/2026

Just as a reminder you should be looking at all of your Level 2 reports for all collections
