[DistrictEmisCoordinators] New Special Ed Checks in the DC

Good Afternoon,
I wanted to let you all know that with the new Special Ed Checks that are in place at ODEW for the Data Collector that there are a few issues that districts are seeing and have reported to ODEW in tickets.....


One of the main ones is that the ETR and IEP events are held before a student starts school; mainly for PS students..... in all of the tickets ODEWs response is "We are discussing this internally" or "validating checks"

If you find that your district is having this issue please hold off on submitting a ticket for the time being.  If you are seeing other issues that do not seem to make sense please let me know
