Making sure that you all saw this…

A couple more items:

  1.  If you are a DORP school the vendor results have been uploaded from ODEW so you will want to re-run your collection to generate your missing lists.
  2.  Collections that are closing soon and if you have not submitted your collection yet your Superintendent/Sponsor will be getting notifications from ODEW that you have not yet submitted…… this will be happening SOON if they have not yet already been notified.

FY26 Final Correction Opportunities for Assessment and Student Data Opening Soon
Starting on July 16, districts may request a final correction opportunity for the following FY26 data:

  *   Fall Third Grade ELA and Reading
  *   Dropout Prevention & Recovery Growth Assessment
  *   Spring End of Course Assessment
  *   Spring State Assessment Grades 3-8
  *   Student
These data may affect measures on the 2026 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by districts.
