[DistrictEmisCoordinators] UPDATE How Received of E for PS Students

Good Morning!

I wanted to send out an email as a reminder for those of who report Pre-School students with a how Received of E..........There was an EMIS Change that removed the option of how received of E for reporting.......


This How Received value in the FS record is no longer valid, and districts will need to use updated EMIS situations when reporting data for the FY27 school year that previously had an EMIS Situation containing the How Received value of 'E'.

Below are the EMIS situations that will need to be updated in the 26/27 school year with the How received option: you will need to edit the FS record and just on the how received replace the E with the *



Regular (Traditional) Schools - 394, 449, 469
Community Schools - 502
ESCs - 386, 404, 497
JVSDs - 390, 391
