FY26 Final Correction Opportunities for Final Calendar and Final Staff and Course Data Open
From Thursday, July 23 through Friday, July 31, districts may request a final correction opportunity for the following FY26 data:

  *   Final Calendar
  *   Final Staff and Course
These data may affect measures on the 2026 Ohio School Report Cards, as well as state funding received by districts. Note that this will be the only opportunity to correct these data.
The superintendent, EMIS coordinator, and superintendent designee all can access and fill out the final correction opportunity forms. However, the forms are not officially submitted to the Department until the superintendent approves the form to complete the process.
