Good Morning!

Just wanting to explain what you will see in the Data Collector when you are looking at these collections..

When you open up your preview file from the last collection that you sent over you will see the Student Assessment Record (FA) showing all zeros – that is normal with the process that they ran.  This is happening as ODEW has turned on the data comparison functionality for these collections.

ODEW still has your records and it has been confirmed in a ticket at ODEW that I will put below:
