[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Data Collector Update

Good evening,
There is an update that needs to take place in the Data Collector so Kelly will be doing this on Friday, June 5th at 7:00 pm.  The Data Collector will be down starting at 7 and once the update is complete it will be back up.
