[DistrictEmisCoordinators] Collections Closing/Calendar Collection

Good Morning!

Just a reminder that the Summer and Fall End of Course Assessment Collection will close this Friday (March 20th) at 11:59 pm and the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment Collection will close next Friday, March 27th at 11:59 pm

On the ODEW Call this morning it was mentioned that there have been A LOT of tickets in regards to the calendars from the current school year; namely with the calamity days making sure that there are enough hours, etc.  Due to all the tickets ODEW is going to pull calendars at the end of this month and start reviewing them for issues.  There are a couple of districts who have not submitted their Final Calendar collection yet so I am asking that those get submitted by the end of the month and that you all make sure that all of your delays, etc have been reported and updated by the end of the month to allow plenty of time for ODEW to review your calendars and then for the districts to have time to make any necessary changes that are needed.
