Accessing FY26 Final Correction Opportunity Forms in OHID
Previously the final correction opportunity forms were available via the “Data Submission Forms” tile in OHID. These have now migrated to the “Data Collection” tile.
The overall process remains the same with one important note for finalizing the forms. To certify the form, the Superintendent must change the completion status from “Submitted for Superintendent/Treasurer Approval” to “Superintendent Approved” in order for the final correction opportunity to be sent to the Department.

FY26 Final Correction Opportunity for Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA) Opening Soon
Starting on March 30, districts may request a final correction opportunity for their FY26 kindergarten readiness assessment (KRA) data.
