Happy Friday!

It is hard to believe that we are in our first full week of May!

Just a couple of reminders as the school year comes to a close…

  1. Keep checking your Level 2 reports often. Don’t forget to look at your Gen Issues reports, ENRL-003 (English Learner Status), LTRC (Reading Diagnostic), FTE adjustment reports along with other reports located in your Level 2 reports.
  2. Make sure that you are getting your Building and District tab reported in DASL – usually you have to ask your SPED department questions, CCP questions and your medical questions along with reporting PBIS
  3. Spring Preschool ELA must be submitted by May 14th
  4. Report Test Results – so many of these!

  1. Reading Diagnostic
  2. Tier 1 Dyslexia Screener
  3. ACT – results are back and can be uploaded
  4. COS scores
  5. Alt Assessments – results are back and can be uploaded
  6. OELPA – test results come back May 11
  7. Alt OELPA – test results are back and can be uploaded
  8. Math/Science/Social Studies for Grades 3-12 – results come back May 12; unless paper tests
  9. ELA for Grades 3-12 – results come back May 20; unless paper tests
  10. If you had WebXam scores I have loaded the prelim scores and you can report those – finals will be out later
  11. AP, IB, CLEP scores come back at different times – you will want to check with your district if you are expecting test results back for any students

  1. Now is a good time to ask if anyone in grades 3-12 did not take their NexGen or EOC tests and get the reason why they did not test. If need be you can manually enter their test record with the correct SNR (Score Not Reported) reason
  2. Don’t forget to submit your calendar one last time to pick up any calendar updates that may have happened
  3. Regular reporting of your Student (S) and Staff/Course (L) collections should be taking place as well

There are so many things going on at this time of the year. Please remember that I am here if you have any questions.

As Mother’s Day weekend is here I want to take the time to wish you all a wonderful weekend and Mother’s Day. You may not be a mother, you could be an aunt, sister, niece, grandchild, daughter… but know that you are appreciated for your kindness, care, and love to others. I appreciate all of you for the hard work and dedication that you show to your job; it is a pleasure working with you all! 💐🌻🌼
