FY27 EMIS Changes Open for Public Comment

EMIS changes that are subject to this process must be posted on the website<https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Feducation.ohio.gov%2FTopics%2FData%2FEMIS%2FEMIS-Documentation%2FEMIS-Changes%2FFiscal-Year-2027-Changes/1/0100019e3abf8b31-0103a504-1e0b-4ceb-9e59-5e424cf44ad9-000000/r_y6Y79y9FdOBIe1C2kv8ElE0iZetmeWWM3b4Z--7WY=452> for 30 days for public comment, 30 days for the Department's response to comments, and then another 30 days for public review before changes are considered “final”.

The public comment period for the following changes closes at the end of the day on June 13. Please see the webpage at the above link for complete details.

  *   27-3      Adds Staff Vacancy (CR) Record
  *   27-11    Updates to student discipline record
  *   27-16    Updates five-year forecast language
  *   27-40    Makes FM Record reporting required
  *   27-42    Updates disadvantagement reporting
  *   27-44    Updates HQIM list for ELA and reading intervention
  *   27-63    Updates language around special cost centers
  *   27-74    Updates disability category terminology
  *   27-79    Adds DN attribute for KG staggered start
