Good Morning,
I wanted to let you all know that I will be leaving today at 2:00 and extending my long weekend by a couple of hours.  I will not have access to my email or phone for the rest of the day.

I also wanted to let you all know that I received a notification this morning from a district in regards to the OELPS, OELPA, and Alt-OELPA.  It sounds like the platform that they are currently using will end on June 30th of this year.  The email is below that was sent out to someone in the district....




  1.  Over the summer, English Language Proficiency for the 21st Century (ELPA21) will transition to a new learning management system: ClearCourse. The current training platform (https://training.elpa21.org<http://click.airasthelpdesk.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ4ODN9AAcAAAAAAaZW3-nul8YsJkQpu0R6C1b3htgLovtwAmunS_Vd4SgY7HQUAKn0_uRx13PmDaO8vdUfQgMgAQHLINCS-WHnfGk56tk>) that hosts trainings for districts and schools administering ELPA21's English language proficiency assessments (OELPS, OELPA, and Alt-OELPA) will be retired June 30, 2026.

If educators need to complete any online courses or download certificates from school year 2025-2026, they must do so by June 30. Training records, in-progress coursework, and certificates will not be transferred to the new system and will be permanently lost after June 30.

To download certificates:


  1.  Visit training.elpa21.org<http://click.airasthelpdesk.org/?qs=ABB7InYiOjEsImQiOjQ4ODN9AAcAAAAAAaZW3-nv34uCshQu6gRfPgHJF8Y7PNCDiMf6hhKfM0Kh-6bmEXPN16ohyDCDkxzlItn_V2Cn2r8-HHXduin1X8d93Ho> and log in.
  2.  Select the Home icon in the top left corner.
  3.  In the "Your Certificate History" section, select each certificate for courses completed during the 2025-2026 school year
  4.  Each certificate will open in a new tab, where it can be downloaded and saved.


  1.  Information about the new training platform, ClearCourse, will be shared in early July.
