FY27 Final Correction Opportunity for CTE Program of Concentration Opening Soon
Starting on Oct. 22, superintendents of traditional districts, community schools, STEM schools, and joint vocational school districts required to report career-technical education follow-up data in EMIS may review the students included in their 2027 Exiting Student Follow Up Level 2 Report.
Districts who are accountable for the student’s CTE Exiting Student Follow Up may submit the final correction opportunity. If the list is incorrect due to misreporting of concentrator data in EMIS, please review the guidance document on the Districts and Schools Final Correction Opportunities webpage<https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Feducation.ohio.gov%2FTopics%2FData%2FEMIS%2FReporting-Responsibilities%2FFinal-Correction-Opportunities/1/010001a13a2e4095-3e95bee8-7716-47cb-8ae8-85f96e186f17-000000/aEDxacaL6HTCTjF9fPJQQr0qAqrSWT2pZlPBr75mjCg=452> for completing a final correction opportunity.
This is the only opportunity to update the CTE Program of Concentration for the 2027 CTE Follow-up List. Districts will be able to request a correction opportunity for placement and credential data during the final correction opportunity for Follow-Up data after the initial Follow-Up window closes. However, there will be no changes to student’s CTE Program of Concentration based upon district final correction opportunities after the Nov. 9 deadline.
