FS.0024 - If instruction is provided, Percent of Time must be greater - Check Student Percent of Time (FS120), District Relationship (FS140), Sent Reason 1 (FS200), and Sent Re<br>
FS.0036 - Sent Reason 1 Value Cannot Have Sent Percent - Check Sent Reason 1 (FS200) and Sent To Percent of Time 1 (FS220) values<br>

Guide indicates - Reporting Instructions. When a student is expelled, report Sent Reason option EX and Sent To<br>
IRN 999999. If the student is not receiving education or services during the expulsion, report 0 for Sent to<br>
Percent of Time and option 3 for District Relationship. If the student is receiving education or services<br>
during the expulsion, report the appropriate value for Sent to Percent of Time and option 1 for District<br>
Relationship.<br>

Sent 1 = EX<br>
Sent 1 IRN = 999999<br>
Sent 1 Percent of Time = 100<br>

So should the guide really indicate reporting sent 1 percent of time if the student is receiving instruction rather than the<br>
