<p class="MsoNormal">I just wanted to remind everyone that you should be checking your Secure Data Center to make sure that you are reporting all of your retention/non-retention reasons for any student who did not pass their 3<sup>rd</sup> Grade ELA OST.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">You can generate a list of students by following these directions:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Log into your OHID portal<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Select the Report Portal tile and open the app<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Click on Secure Data Center<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Click on Improving At-Risk K-3 Readers<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Click on District 3<sup>rd</sup> Grade Reading Guarantee<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Select the Subject to TGRG – SSID Detail tab (4<sup>th</sup> one) on the bottom<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Choose your Promotion Status of NOT MET<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This will generate a list of students that you have not added a retention/non-retention for (an example is below)<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If you have students who took the summer 3<sup>rd</sup> grade OST for ELA and passed that test; the state should update the SDC sometime according to tickets at DEW. We are just not sure when that will happen.<o:p></o:p></p>
