<p class="MsoNormal">We have had several districts that are having issues uploading their Exiting Student Follow-Up Records (FLUP file). When you get the report from the Data Collector – you will go to the Exiting Student Follow-Up – Initial Collection and
open up your Level 2 reports – you will find the FLUP-001 report and open it. Save it to your desktop as a csv file. You will then be at the district level in the current school year and in the go to box type in follow – you will then select the EMIS Follow-Up
Record Import and browse for your file from your desktop.<o:p></o:p></p>
