I just wanted to take the time to thank you all for your patience and understanding while I have positioned into Karen’s role. She left big shoes to fill and I am no where close to having all of the knowledge that she did. I know it takes
me longer to answer emails, tickets and I appreciate the grace that you have extended to me. I also want to thank you for the words of encouragement while I am learning to do this job; it means so much to me.

place a phone call, or text me.
