<p class="MsoNormal">I know some of you have been asking about the changes/updates due to HB 96. I can tell you that I just got off the EMIS Change Call and I have a little (I mean little) bit of information……<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">ODEW is still waiting on details; currently their program office is reviewing the language of the new Budget Bill with the changes that will need to take place. I can tell you that if you go to the Fiscal Year 2026 Changes at ODEW you
will see the following changes…..<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">26-119 – Updates to Absence Interventions<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">26-114 – Adds Student excuse guidance (in regards to driver education)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">26-111 – Updates for OhioRISE program<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">26-107 – Adds collection of CLEP (college-level examination Program) scores – will probably be reported in the Other Accountability Collection<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">26-106 – Math Diagnostics – could be for FY26 or maybe FY27<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">26-104 – Budget and Three Year Forecast (moving from a 5 year forecast to a 3 year)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">26-103 – Add program code for financial literacy exemption<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">26-70 – Science of Reading Training <o:p></o:p></p>
