[Ipdp] Request for Feedback: IPDP Effective Date Editing issue

We had our first big meeting using the new system. We had about 60 plans to
review and approve. Once approved, we had to go back and find the person.
Then give them an effective date of their teaching license. While it was
done, it felt like a lot of unnecessary steps. Where are we with being able
to put the effective date in before we approve the plans?
