[Ipdp] IPDP Release

Good Morning,
We wanted to share the latest release for IPDP.  Typically a release will create new procedures, update an old procedure, fix bugs that are introduced into the IPDP instance etc.

One of the new enhancements, is that if an activity is returned by the committee as DENIED, the employee now has the opportunity to make necessary corrections and re-submit to the committee.
