[Ipdp] Request for Feedback: IPDP Effective Date Editing issue

Hello IPDP Users,

We are currently working with SSDT on an issue within our IPDP container where the 'Effective Date' cannot be edited while a Plan is being Approved. Currently, if an approver wants to edit this field, they need to first approve the plan, then go out to the users' plan under District Plans and edit the Effective Date there. The Jira issue created will allow Approvers to edit plans during and after Plan Approval.

We are compiling feedback from districts that would like to see this change in IPDP. Providing your feedback and vote for this will help make this Jira issue a higher priority to the SSDT developers.
