Good afternoon RV Principals,

The deadline for completing School Setup for Roster Verification is fast approaching.  The School Setup Phase is the time when building principals check to make sure staff and classes have been accurately entered into BFK Link application.

Here is an overview of the 2017 RV timeline:

The following is a link to 2017 ODE RV Information page: https://www.ohio-k12.help/rosterv/.  On this page, you'll be able to see the 2017 Guidelines which include information on who should be included in the verification process as well as how to handle special situations such as online classes, substitute teachers or intervention specialists, etc. They've also included a FAQ sheet for quick review.  We highly recommend reviewing this information for changes from prior years.

Upon logging in to the BFK Application, there appear to be a few MVECA schools that have not yet begun the verification process.  We want to ensure that all of our schools meet the ODE deadline of April 18th, so if you are unable to access the application or you have any questions about any part of the School Setup Process, please let us know and we'll gladly assist you.
