Good afternoon Administrators,

Roster Verification is now in process for 2018.  Roster Verification is the process that allows Principals and teachers to review and refine their class rosters to ensure that their classroom time is linked to the correct students, for the correct subjects and the proper amount of time.  The data loaded into the RV application will be used for the Value-Added reports for the fall in the 2018-19 School Year. The system allows for complex situations, such as when multiple teachers must claim instructional time for an individual student, so it is very important to participate in the RV process.

There are three phases of Roster Verification shown below along with the beginning and ending date of each phase.

The current School Set-up phase ends on April 17, 2018.  During this phase, only those members with a designation of Principal or RV Administrator will have access to the Roster Verification Application.   As of today, 43% of MVECA districts have not yet begun the Phase 1 process.

To check the status of your District/Building, please go to: https://link.mcoecn.org/Account/Login.

Password and account support ...
You must set your Link password before you can login the first time. The same steps are used to reset your password.

Steps to set or reset your Link password
1. Enter your school email in the first field of the above link
2. Click "Forgot Password" on the Link login page.
4. It may ask you to re-enter your email address
5. You will receive an email to set your password for this year.
If you do not receive an email, use Link Login Support Request. On the following page: https://www.ohio-k12.help/rosterv/

Upon logging in to the application, you should see the following  teachers/classes for 2018:

*         Elementary and Middle School Tests: Grades 4-8 - English Language Arts and Mathematics; Grade 5 and 8 Science.
End-of-Course Tests for High School Credit: Algebra I, Geometry, Integrated Mathematics I and II, English Language Arts I and II, American History, American Government and Biology.
ESC Classes that are composed of students from your district ONLY.
*NOTE:  ESC personnel will oversee classes composed of multiple districts.
