[Link-princ] Final Submission for Roster Verification---Deadline May 23rd!

Good afternoon Principals and Roster Verification Administrators,

As the school year is drawing to close, we wanted to take a moment to send a reminder that the final day for School Approval for Roster Verification is May 23rd.

Here is a snap shot of where MVECA Schools stand for the final phase:

Schools are not considered submitted until they display in the School Approval column highlighted above.  Those designated as Principals are the only users with the ability to Approve and Submit for their school during this final window.

Here are the areas of concentration


  1.  For any "Not Started" rosters work with the teachers to get those submitted & approved (Note: Principals will need to facilitate since the teacher window has closed.)
  2.  Refresh the alerts
  3.  Review all the alerts and rectify or acknowledge them.
  4.  Review the students for underclaimed, students not on rosters, and overclaimed.
  5.  Make sure all the rosters that you plan on including are in a "submitted" or "Approved" status.  This means that the "Not Started" or "In Process" rosters need to become "Submitted" and "Approved".
