[Link-princ] Roster Verification School Setup

Good morning Principals and Roster Verification Administrators,



Today marks the midpoint of the School Setup Phase of Roster Verification.  During this process, Principals and Administrators review the data loaded into the Link Application for inaccurate or missing information.  We wanted to send out this email to ensure that all of you have the needed information since this initial phase takes place during the Spring Break season.



As of this morning, the graph below shows that 58 schools have not yet begun the School Setup process. It is important to complete this phase prior to when teachers begin their verification process in Phase 2.  The deadline for Principals to complete the School Setup process is next Tuesday, April 13th.

The following is a link to video resources you may find helpful.  Each video is 1 minute or less and covers a specific task for anyone with the Principal role, including "How to Indicate School Set-up Complete" within the Link Application.  https://www.ohio-k12.help/rosterv/learning-center/. We're also attaching the newest documentation resources that outline the Guidelines and FAQ's for 2021 as there are a few differences for this year.
