[Link-princ] Teacher Verification begins TOMORROW

Good afternoon Principals and Roster Verification Coordinators,

The School Set-Up period ends tonight, and we would like to congratulate you on a job well done.  As of 3:35pm this afternoon, 64 buildings have indicated that their building is Complete for School Set-Up. This number represents nearly 60% of MVECA buildings. Emails have been sent directly to the listed principal for each building to confirm that they're displaying as Complete in the Link Application.  If you did not receive an email, but believe that your building is complete, please let us know.  Even though this period is ending, you may continue to work in the Link Application throughout the remainder of the process.

Teacher Roster Verification begins tomorrow, April 13th. Below is information on where teachers may find resources and instructions for each task they may need to perform during this phase.

To log into the application, they will go to the following:

  1.  Go to: https://www.ohio-k12.help/rosterv/learning-center/

  1.  Click the icon shown below:

  1.  The first time you login, you will need to click the Forgot Password link (shown below):

Further down on this page (https://www.ohio-k12.help/rosterv/learning-center/), you will see 5 minute instructional videos by task.
Simply click the name of the task to begin viewing the instructions.
