Good morning Administrators and Principals,

The deadline for teachers to verify their rosters is today, April 30th. The window closes tonight!

The below graph is a representation of where MVECA schools stand in this phase of the Roster Verification Process.

Red - There are 57 teachers that have not yet begun to verify their rosters.
Yellow - There are 133 teachers that have started the process, but have not yet submitted their roster changes for Approval.
Light Green - There are 1,263 teachers that have Completed their portion of the process by submitting their changes, and are waiting for Approval.
Dark Green - There are 283 submitted roster changes that have been approved by the Principal.

If you have missing students from the application due to enrollment after the data had been loaded, please let us know.  We are able to add them manually to your district and building.  Just send the Student Number in an email to helpstudent at mveca.org<mailto:helpstudent at mveca.org> and we will add them to your district in the application right away.
