[Mail_emis] Update 12-7-2015

Good evening!


*         There will be new FY15 FTE reports this week that will update daily. These reports will show you all students that you are funded for including OE out students and Community School students.

*         ESCs will begin to see FTE reports.  The files are in the process of being downloaded to the Data Collector

*         For Traditional Districts there will a projected and actual FTE column for each student.


*         There will updates to the Assessment Manifests for the missing lists.  Data will start flowing out today.  Once most of it is out, ODE will update the manifests, all missing reports should be available by the end of the week.


*         New CTE data was pulled today to update the CTE reports.  We should see these tomorrow.

*         The data being copied out is not specific to any funding report.  Snapshot of data was taken for the final #2 data for CTE, pulled as of November 20th at 5:p.m.

*         Final #2 payment for traditional districts will be part of the December #2 payment.

*         All FY15 manifests have been extended to December 18th.


*         SDC

*         Issue with the Prepared for Success Report have been corrected-should be out today.  Newsflash did come out late this afternoon that the Prepared for Success data is now available

*         There was an issue with the K-3 data of not picking up the highest score to make sure the students met the 394 promotion rate. Most issues have been fixed.  There may be some students that have a fall score that is higher than the spring score that is not loading right, they are working on fixing that issue.


*         ODE is working on the day to day timeline.  Should be out later this week.



*         Students that took the spring tests, but had a parent refusal.  If you have a score, report the score.  If there are no scores, report a reason not taken of either parent or student refusal, which-ever is appropriate.
