[Mail_emis] ODE EMIS Conference Call

Hello,

Karen is out this week; so, I will attempt to let you know what was discussed in the conference call today that may be relevant to this week's business.


1.        CTE reports that come out today with display a run date and a column that tells you what data was used: L1 = the First 15L submission or L2= Final 15L submission.  Some changes to courses for max hours will be increased.

2.       SDC is open and ODE strongly encourages districts to go view data so there are no surprises when the report card is published.  K3 and grad information available.

3.       ODE is pulling data for final #2 payment.  Therefore, they need the data to be static through tomorrow.  They will not process data tonight.  Processing will resume Tuesday and Wednesday night.  No processing on Thanksgiving evening.  ODE is open on Friday and will process Friday night.

4.       SSDT is having trouble with the ZIS.  This is affecting the address/contacts and student cross reference manifests.  You may see "still processing" status.  They hope to have it fixed soon.

5.       15L staff Level 1 errors regarding attendance - new manifest needed to make additional checks.  Please disregard these critical errors until further notice.

I'm thankful that this may makes sense to someone out there!  I tried to hit the highlights!
