[Mail_emis] Update 8-15-2016

Good morning,
The following was discussed during the EMIS call this morning.


*         Reminder that the Appeals manifests must be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday August 17th.



*          The update to the KRA manifest will hopefully be out today so that the districts that have not been able to submit due to the date issue will be able to do so.  That Manifest closes on Friday August 19th at 11:59 p.m.


*         ODE has been processing data, so anything that was submitted by 5:00 on Friday August 12th should be reflected in the SDC today.



*         There is 1 more manifest that should open today or tomorrow.  It is the 3rd grade Summer 3rd Grade ELA scores.  Only the promotion score data will be used.  None of the data will be used for the LRC.  It will be open for 2 weeks.  The 3rd grade Summer ELA scores are due to be out on Wednesday.  It will be an FY17 collection  so you will load your scores in the 16/17 school year and run your A transfer from the 16/17 school year.


*         A portion of the CTE reports are supposed to be out today.  The summary reports will most likely not be out till tomorrow.  You will have approximately 2 weeks to clear up funding issues.  Whatever does not get cleared up can be appealed during the funding appeals which will open in  October.


*         ODE will send a Newsflash out tomorrow pertaining to the CTE  Reports and the new Manifest.


*         This week you should also see the FY17 Calendar, SCR, SOES Contact and Address collections open.
