SDC Now Open
The SDC is now open and is updated with data submitted through Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 5:00 pm.

The SDC will close on Tuesday, January 12 at 8:00 am in preparation of the January release of the FY15 Local Report Card. The SDC will not re-open until after the January release of the Report Card, which is scheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 11:00 am. We will send an EMIS Newsflash announcing the SDC re-open on Thursday, January 14, 2016; please note that because of the volume of individuals accessing Local Report Card, the SDC may experience some slowness on that day.

SDC Release Notes

Known Issues:
There are several instances where duplicate OGT test records are loaded into the SDC. While this will not affect the percent proficient for the district, it will inflate the count of students and may affect the overall performance Index score.

The AP and IB exams used for Accountability in place of the End of Course Exams are not currently being included in the percent proficient calculations for the appropriate standards.

The Gifted ID status is being determined as of the end of the school year; starting with the FY15 report card, the status will be determined as of March 31st.

District and School Achievement – The Indicators percentage and grade are not being displayed. Also, 12th grade subjects are showing as indicators but should not be.

Students that are accelerated (on a Written Acceleration Plan) and took an End of Course exam in an ELA or Math subject area are not getting the performance bonus in the Performance Index.

Corrected Issues:
There were some instances for the 3rd grade OAA and 3-8 Next Generation tests where multiple test records were selected when two test records were submitted for the same test administration (with different months for the date).

District and School Third Grade Reading Guarantee – Students reported with a Retained Status of 5 was not included in the calculation correctly.

Dropout Recovery Program Report – The High School Assessment Test Passage Rate information was not being calculated and shown on the report.
