[Mail_emis] Message from ODE on Processing Data

FYI- this evening, we will be focused on closing out FY15 work in our nightly processing.  Because of this, submissions made today will not be processed tonight.

We will process today's submission during the day tomorrow (Wed) and will be caught up as a part of the regular run Wednesday evening.  As always, the next SDC update will be Wednesday night, and will include all data received by ODE as of 5 pm Wednesday.

Also, due to the high demand in the system, we are running 1-2 hours behind today on processing submissions- so you may see cases where a submission stays in a submitting or waiting for the report authority for an extended amount of time.  Once use of the system slows down after hours, those submissions should catch up without issue.
