[Mail_emis] MOA Update

Good Afternoon!
There is an issue with MAJOREMIS not updating all the students that should be updated on the Third Tab - 9th on/After FY15.  Students in the selected courses for ELA or Math are updated but untested students are not.  This issue will be corrected in a hotfix coming out this Friday morning.  This will be a 16.0.1 hotfix which means that 16.0 must be applied first in order to apply the hotfix.
ODE has been made aware of the issue.  Some of your districts may have received a call from ODE regarding their data related to this issue.  ODE is also aware of the hotfix and it's release date.
