If you have entered your Spring ELA scores you will need to make the adjustments to those scores too!!

Good morning,
Angie received a reply this morning concerning the Error Code 401

N is not an option this year as it was not last year.  (I forgot about that).  Below is the reply Angie received

For the students that have a score of N in any parts of the assessment, you will need to change the score to *** and report a score not reported of S

This is not something that needs to be completed by Friday as the manifest does not close for the FALL Early Leaning assessment until August 19th.

I know that is it frustrating that the Bridge Document was not correct.

Thank you for contacting me regarding your Gen Issues check # 401, I apologize for the confusion regarding the Early Learning Assessment (ELA) valid scores for FY 16.  The valid scores for the FY16 are A, B, C, D, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. A score of 'N' should be reported as Score = '***' and Score Not Reported = 'S- Non Score able Assessment. '
Please note that for FY15, the score of 'NS' was reported this way and 'N' was zero. This is what was communicated to Software vendors and the EMIS change Committee. The Fall FY 16 Early Learning Assessments EMIS collection are scheduled to close 8/19/2016.
