[Mail_emis] EMIS L Staff Checklist

Good Morning, MVECALAND!

The Final Staff and Course Collection manifest was published to the Data Collector on Tuesday.  Attached is a checklist of the Staff EMIS elements that are required for end of year reporting.

The manifest is scheduled to expire on August 12, 2016.  When NEWCNT/Purge option is executed during this EMIS reporting period, answer the question, "Update JOBSCN EMIS contract fields with values from old contract" with "Y".  This option will put the end of year information in the EMIS Contract Info fields for the Data Collector SIF agent.
