On the recently released CTE reports, there is an issue that we are researching.  If we find that it is an issue, we will make the correction for all impacted, regardless of whether or not an appeal is filed by each LEA impacted.  Thanks to Penta JVS for pointing out this potential issue in the appeal they filed last week.

The issue is that some of the CTE courses being reported with the new CP delivery method code are showing no CTE funding category.  There are 2 types of issues we are looking at- 9 LEAs have courses where no category is showing, and another 16 LEAs have courses where the weighted category assigned is 0- which is not funded.  We are currently researching if any of the courses at these LEAs actually should be funded, and will make code changes if they should be funded and include that funding in the Final #3 payment.
