Good evening
The following was discussed on the ODE call on Monday.

Grad Reports in the Data Collector
There were some issues with the new reports added to the DC 2018 and 2019 cohorts. ODE updated the reports and re-copied them out.

CTE Reports
Goal is to have CTE reports generated based on the 2018 data next week. They have been running the data but the level 2s are not out there yet. They are finishing within an hour instead of several days when they were hand generated. Once they have the reports out as level 2 reports they will be updated nightly
ODE is working on a Summary report that will be generated nightly. It should be out sometime this month. You will be able to see how daily changes affect your funding.

Staff/ Course Reports
The new staff report is working well. Just a few individual questions on certification
The first L window will be closing at the end of January. It will not be extended. ODE sent out a report
yesterday listing districts that have not submitted any staff data as of yesterday. MVECA had multiple district on that list. Please try to get your Staff Data submitted this week. If it very important for certification and for CTE funding. If you are having any issues with your data please send an email to HelpEMIS at mveca.org<mailto:HelpEMIS at mveca.org> for assistance. The 1st L manifest is the ONLY chance you will get to get your certification in for the LRC.
CTE funding will continue to be updated through L2. ODE is planning to go to live CTE funding in January so it is critical to get your staff data submitted.

FY18 S Collections
Both the 1st Traditional and SOES Collections will close on December 21st.
ODE will be using this data for multiple Federal reports. It is also used for the Casino Counts. Take a look at
your FS record in the DC and make sure that each student has a County of Residence reported. The data for
the Casino count will be pulled on December 22nd.

Questions
The FAQ for HB410 indicates that districts should create separate calendars for students that attend the district and CCP off Campus. This is not correct. You are to continue to report as you have that is the student is absent for you they are absent for the day. It is assumed that if they attend for you then they are in attendance for

DASL/EMIS Webinar
The 17.2 update is due out on December 7th. When we will install is still to be determined.
Below are some highlights of what will be in the release.
SAT, DORP and OELPA imports are being updated. Please hold of importing data.
EMIS Situation 604 will be added for districts educating scholarship student in CTE
The amount of time a student needs to attend for extra -curricular activities and Free and Reduced

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks
Karen
