Good afternoon,
The following was discussed on the EMIS call this morning.

· Staff

o HQT reports are being populated and updated in the Staff Manifest

o ODE will be working on pulling CTE data for the first CTE payments. They are planning to pull either tomorrow or Thursday morning. If you have not submitted the L manifest and have CTE please report your staff as soon as possible.

· SCR

o As you know there were several checks added to the SCR in ODDEX. ODE has made changes to how some of the checks work at the end of last week so you could see some of the issues are gone.

o There are several checks that are still not quite right.

§ Students in 3 district situations- ODE is looking to see if they need to modify the check or modify the reporting instructions.

§ All 9s IRNs

§ JVSD students whose DOR has changed.

· ODE will be working on trying to take out any of the inactive records- records that were generated when they should not have been. It may take out some legitimate issues that have been resolved, but that will not cause issues since the issue was resolved.

· CCP

o 630,000 new records have been added. Very high percentage of student data has been loaded.

o ODE is working on data that does not match.

§ Course from District- no match from the college- Possible College is using the wrong SSID-ODE will take the course from the district. Those students will be given a match score of 1

§ College will see the mis-match and hopefully correct the data.

o ODE will be deactivating rows where there were issues that have been resolved or changes that the Colleges have made regarding DOR.

o ODE is seeing a lot of mis-matches on the subject codes. District should review and make sure that they are at least in the right area. One example that was given previously is that the student was taking Physiology at the college and the school reported Psychology.

o If the college reported the wrong SSID you will see the student and you should flag the student and put a note in if you see a student with a similar SSID.

o Agreements will reopen to be verified.

o Once the Newsflash comes out, districts will have 45 days to review records that just opened. If there are current records in ODDEX now that are open for review, they will stay on the timeline that they are currently on. If an update occurs for one of those records the clock will reset.

o When the Newsflash does come out, the records in ODDEX will have match scores.

o Once data is complete for FY16, ODE will start with the FY17 data.

· Assessment Collections

o More collections will open this week.

o Remember to submit the Summer /Fall EOC manifest even if you did not test students. It will bring over any students that you have updated that took courses prior to when the tests were available. ODE is working

on a new set of Grad reports that are in the DC under the files tab. Hopefully to be out this week with another set in 4 to 6 weeks.

DASL 16.2.1
The update was applied over the weekend and the release notes are attached. Pay close attention to the enhancements for ATTUPEMIS.

(E11031) When calculating a College Credit Plus student's attendance hours, ATTUPEMIS now includes the combined Full Time Equivalent (FTE) from both Percent of Time indicated under Sent to 1 and Sent to 2 on the
Edit Student Profile screen FS-Standing tab.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks
Karen
