Good evening,
                The following was discussed during the EMIS call on Monday.

*         CTE

o CTE data was pulled over the last weekend. Looks like ODE will make a payment from this data. It will be the February #1 payment for Traditional Schools and the February payment for the JVSDs.

o Data from last Monday will be used for the Community Schools.

o Data will be pulled every 2 weeks for funding.

o A new version of the L manifest will be out this week and it will include the CTE reports.

*         CCP

o Large amount of data was loaded on Monday morning. 99.7% of the FY16 data has been loaded. Courses have been switched to show the JVSDs. Looking in ODDEX this evening, I do see JVSD courses loaded, some with dates of 1/30. The match score will be loaded once the last .3% is loaded. It should have been loaded late Monday, but I am not seeing them yet.

o If data was loaded in December the 45 days has expired, but anything loaded in January, the 45 days is in process. There will be adjustments to some of the agreements later this week, so check yours to make sure they are still what you expect them to be.

o There will a Newsflash coming out about CCP.

o Course data for FY17 will be loaded this week too. I am not seeing that yet either.

*         HQT

o HQT reports are updated twice a week, typically on Mondays and Thursdays

*         Federal Child Count

o ODE is expecting the close to be the end of February. The date has not been determined yet.

*         FTE Reports

o The FTE reports show Fatal and Critical columns. At this time there is an issue with those tabs and they currently do not reflect just the Fatal or Critical students. You can determine your fatal students by checking the fund pattern code on the FTE Detail Report for any students that show NFRG-typical preschool students, or NFER which is not funded due to an error. Both of these codings show FTE for the students but since their fund code is NF there is no funding for them. Once you have determined those students, filter the report again on the adjusted FTE and look for any students that have been adjusted to 0. These students added to the NF students should equal your total of fatal records. Critical records are students that have an FTE adjustment. Some you cannot do anything about, others, you might need to speak with another district about.

Civil Rights Reporting.
                Civil Rights reporting is due to open in February. At this time DASL is not ready for Civil Rights reporting. The updates needed will be included in the 16.3.1 update that is due out in February.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks
Karen
