[Mail_emis] Please add me to this group.

I am the EMIC Coordinator for Constellation Schools. I am listed as the
EMIS Coordinator in OEDS-r however I am not receiving the emails that are
sent through this group. Please add me to this email group for EMIS.

We are not using our ITC for email, therefore they do not have the ability
to add me to the group. My tech department advised me to email you for this
purpose.
