[Mail_emis] Quick Update on Funding Pull

Good afternoon,
During the ODE call this morning, ODE is looking at possibly  pulling data as early as Thursday for the October #2 payment.  If they do it will be based on submissions submitted by 5:00 pm on Wednesday.  ODE will be sending new funding reports out today with new comparisons.   I will get them out to you as soon as we get them.

Couple notes

                FY17 community school data is being used for the FY 18 data, so it will most likely not match up.  ODE will pay on 18 data once the community schools are paid which will be October 12th.
                FY17 data is being used in the FY18 data for BDD for PS Students.

I will have a complete update later today or tomorrow.
