Good afternoon
The following was discussed during the EMIS call yesterday.


Closing Manifests
                CTE Assessment- Closes this Thursday October 12th
                Grads - Closes Friday October 20th.
                                New Grad reports should have the testing issues resolved.
                                Updated Prep for Success reports have been sent out.
                                ODE is using the FC record for the Grad Reports.  It is a manual process so if you reported one you might not see if reflected right away but it will be included.  It will be pulled from the Grad Collection, but they are also looking at the S collection.

FY18
                Invalid Cert Reports -.  When they come out there will still be a couple tweaks that need to be made, but they will be out early for district can work out issues.  Goad is to be out the end of Next week, October 20th   They will level 2 reports in the L Collection Manifest.  It will be a combined report that will be for certification and HQT.  You will know that the report is out because a new updated manifest version  will need to be released to turn the report on.
                Federal Child Report - Possibility it will be out at the end of this week, if not the beginning of next week. It will be a level 2 report in the Data Collector.

Funding data will be pulled later this week.  Could start pulling data Thursday.  It will be based on data that has been submitted to ODE by 5:00 pm Wednesday(Today).
New Estimated data was sent out late yesterday.  Each Traditional district's EMIS coordinator has been sent the updated figures.  ODE asks that you keep in mind the following
                If you try to match numbers to the current FTE Detail report, you will not get matching numbers.
                Community School numbers incorporated into the FY18 totals are based on FY17 data.  If your Community School population has changed it will affect the totals.
                Board of DD Pre-School data is also based on fy17 totals.
When the October #2 payment is made it will include FY18 totals for Community Schools.  Community Schools will be paid on Thursday October 12th, then ODE can incorporate those totals in the October #2 payment.

ODE is working on getting Career Tech funding process automated.  ODE is hoping to pull data for funding by Mid November.  You will have CTE funding reports in the L manifest to check data.
There were several appeal for CTE data.  If there are changes, there will be updated reports in the 17 L manifest.  You will need to review the reports and make sure that the changes have been reflected.  All appeals should be wrapped up by the end of October.
Final FY17 payments are on track to be made by December for all funding.
