[Mail_emis] OEDSA 2018 Fall Conference - Registration is now open

Good morning,



Registration for the 2018 OEDSA Fall Conference opened today, *August 1,
2018*.  This conference offers informational sessions for fiscal, student
and EMIS support staff for both ITCs and districts. This year there *will
not be a technical track* as in the past. So please plan accordingly.

register for the conference.  The tentative agenda, track information, and
conference details are available here as well.  Please continue to check
back periodically for session updates and handouts.



*NOTE*:  If you have not previously registered, you will need to
complete a one-time
registration process to create an account with OEDSA. When you click to
register, you will see a log in page, and there is where there is also a
link for any NEW USERS.  Once you are signed up you can quickly register
for future conferences using this account.



As in years past, the conference will be held at the DoubleTree Worthington.

The conference will run from 7:00 pm Wednesday evening, September 12th
through Friday afternoon September 14th.

*Registration Details:*



·        Registration opens August 1, 2018.

·        Cost of the conference is $200.00 per attendee through Friday,
August 31, 2018.

·        Late registration cost is $250.00 per attendee from September 1,
2018 through Friday, September 7, 2018.

·        There will be no registrations accepted after September 7, 2018.
NO WALK IN REGISTRATIONS will be accepted!!

·        Conference registration cancellations will be accepted
through *Friday,
September 7, 2018 *and any refunds granted are subject to a $25 service
fee. All cancellations *must be submitted in writing via email* to
board at oedsa.org by *Friday, September 7, 2018*. Cancellations received after
 *Friday, September 7, 2018 *will not be accepted for any reason, and no
refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend the conference, another
individual may attend in your place at no extra charge provided the
individual brings a copy of your email registration confirmation, along
with your written approval for the substitution.
