[Mail_emis] Update 1/2/2018

Good afternoon,
The following was discussed this morning on the ODE EMIS Call

CTE reports
            They do not contain 100% of the checks.  The remainder will be out by the end of the month.
            Several bug fixes by the end of this week.
            There will be a CT26 check.
            Goal is to use the CTE data for funding in February.

18L 1st manifest.
            ODE will be closing the manifest on January 31st.  It will not be extended.
MVECA has 8 districts that have not yet submitted L data.  ODE is asking that all districts have data submitted by the end of the week.  If you have not submitted by then, ODE is planning on letters going out to the Superintendents of the districts that have not submitted.  If you are having issues please let us know.

Student Collections.
            The Mid Year and Year End for SOES collection requests should be posted today.  The collections do not begin until Friday.  You will be able to run collections and prepare and preview just no submitting until Friday.

March Collection for CTE.
            Working on getting that together to get out

Collections that are closing soon.

            Staff Manifest  1/31/2018
            KRA 2/2/2018
            Fall DORP 2/2/2018


Missing lists.
            Close to having them out.  KRA and DORP should be out soon.
