You are just so sweet Maxine.  Has been a pleasure working with you all
these years as well.  And I echo what Maxine said about everyone in EMIS
land.  Everyone has been so wonderful and of course what would we have done
without Karen.  Thank you Karen for being who you are and so fantastic.
Thank you everyone for today as it was just delightful.

Thank you I will miss you but plan to really enjoy retirement.
